Refund policy
If for any reason you are less-than-obsessed with your Field Daze purchase, we have a simple process to make returns as easy as possible:
Returns
- You have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return for any unworn or unused items (to request a return, email: info@shopfielddaze.com)
- We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
- A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment when the item is received.
Exchanges
- I get it, I always order the wrong size! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. (We do not process direct exchanges at this time)
Defective Items
- Accidents happen! Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Other Notes
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
